Submit a structured proposal to initiate a dialogue on expertise and co-creation

The IIRCF assesses proposals for cooperation based on their alignment with its areas of expertise, the complementarity between the parties, the clarity of the proposed contributions, and the value that the partnership can generate for the beneficiaries or organisations concerned.
