Professional ethics and confidentiality: a new cohort is taking part in the capacity-building programme

Launched on 30 March 2026 and run online, this cohort already has 40 participants; registration is still open.

This new phase of the programme focuses on issues that have become essential in many professional settings: responsible conduct, confidentiality, the protection of sensitive information, professional secrecy, and an understanding of the responsibilities associated with the use or transmission of data.

The training aims to enable participants to better understand the ethical and professional requirements governing their roles, whilst developing practical guidelines for acting with integrity, prudence and responsibility in situations involving sensitive or confidential information.

A programme structured around real-life professional scenarios

The programme covers, in particular, professional conduct in sensitive environments, data protection, the fundamentals of social security, professional secrecy, confidentiality, and the consequences and responsibilities associated with information leaks. The aim is to link these principles to the situations participants may encounter in the day-to-day performance of their duties.

An online format tailored to participants’ availability

The cohort is organised remotely to facilitate participation despite participants’ work commitments and varying availability. This format ensures educational continuity whilst offering greater flexibility in accessing courses and engaging with the training team.
