The partnership established with the CNSS Women’s Association is based on a shared ambition: to create a capacity-building framework capable of providing long-term support for the beneficiaries’ professional development. Rather than a one-off initiative, the cooperation is based on a pathway approach, with content designed to address specific needs encountered in the workplace.
The chosen approach prioritises training programmes structured around skills that can be put to immediate use: the ability to carry out one’s responsibilities with greater confidence, the improvement of professional practices, the development of behaviours suited to the demands of the job, and the consolidation of guidelines useful for decision-making and collaboration.
The partnership also places great emphasis on adapting teaching methods. The organisation of the learning pathways takes into account the participants’ availability constraints and seeks to strike a balance between accessibility, continuity of learning, educational support and assessment requirements.
A partnership designed to develop over the long term
This partnership illustrates the IIRCF’s commitment to developing cooperative relationships that combine an understanding of needs, professional development, assessment of learning outcomes and continuity of learning pathways. The programme’s progression will enable participants to gradually build on the skills they are developing and consolidate their learning as they progress through the various stages.
